Yalıkavak residence — turnkey interiors

Kitchen, four bathrooms, two dressing rooms, doors and a living-room wall for an overseas owner; every approval handled through the client portal.

The owner lives in London, so the project ran almost entirely through the client portal: a drawing set per room, a comment round per drawing and digital sign-off. Installation was split into three phases following the plastering and painting schedule.

The materials were chosen for the Aegean light: travertine tops and dark walnut in the bathrooms, natural oak in the bedrooms, and sage satin-matt lacquer in the kitchen. Each room was handed over with its own care guide.
