Moda apartment — terrazzo and smoked walnut kitchen

An L-shaped kitchen with a peninsula in an older Moda flat; the terrazzo top drops to the floor in a waterfall at the end of the peninsula.

The walls date from the 1960s and the corners varied between 88° and 92°. After a laser scan we drew each corner unit individually and cut the worktop from a template.

A smoked-walnut tall column, white satin-matt wall units and terrazzo: three materials, one joint size — 3 mm.
